Join over 100+ youth teams in Hampton Roads largest sanctioned Futsal League.  Games are played in our unrivaled Futsal-only facility using Futsal licensed referees

Team Registration: The Head Coach will register the team as a volunteer in the Sports Connect database. Once registered the Head Coach will send an email invite to the players on the team who will then accept their position on the team and pay the individual fee.   

**Coaches who want to register more than one team in the same division will need to reach out to Yolanda at futsaladmin@beachfc.com so that she can create and allocate a coach to multiple teams.**  
                               
Players without a team: Players who do not have a futsal team to play on can fill out this Google Form with information and we will do our best to add to an appropraite team that is looking for players.

Divisions: We will look to build divisions into three levels:  

• Most Competitive -Travel Level 1 (CCL, VSL Div. 1, VPL)                                                                 
• Competitive - Travel Level 2 (VSL)                        
• Least Competitive - Advanced (TASL, In-House league)   

There may be a crossover between divisions depending on numbers of registrants.   

Venue Information: Futsal 5s will use the Studio Center Futsal Arena at 3052 Buckner Boulevard, Virginia Beach, VA 23453. The futsal facility houses two state-of-the-art futsal courts with dimensions of 107'x61'. 

To keep the playing surfaces clean and dry, please instruct your players not to wear dirty or wet game shoes into the facilities. Only non-marking indoor shoes are allowed on the sports court surface.

Where:  Studio Center Futsal Arena - 3052 Buckner Blvd. Virginia Beach, VA 23453  

When: Games are on Friday and Monday evenings, Saturdays, Sundays (plus all day MLK Monday and President's Day).    

• Weekends - First game 8:00 am, last game 8:30 pm.
• Fridays - First game 5:30 pm, last game 9:15 pm on Fridays (only older teams will be scheduled at the 9:15 pm time slot).
• Mondays - First game 5:30 pm, last game 8:00 pm on Mondays.

Playing time requests cannot be considered in fairness to other teams in your bracket, such as, "we only want to play on Saturday afternoons".  Generally we will try to play the oldest teams (high school age) on Fridays and Mondays.

Dates:  Starts the weekend of December 11-14, 2020. Ends the weekend of February 12-15, 2021.

• No games on December 25, 26, 27, 28; January 1.
• No games scheduled after 3:00 pm on Super Bowl Sunday.

Important Coach Information: There is no coaching license required to coach a team. Any adult who is registered with a team as a coach can sit on the bench.  Each coach must complete a $25 background check which is included in the fees. One additional coach may be added to the roster for a cost of $25 to cover the mandated background check.

Each team is guaranteed 8 games of 2x20 minutes. Futsal 5s is open to U9-U19 (2012-2002) boys (coed) and girls teams. Only 130 teams will be accepted so please register quickly to guarantee acceptance.   

Cost: $115/player
This is an all-inclusive annual fee which now includes the Virginia Futsal player card and coaches card fees plus a state-mandated coach’s background check.
