2022 Winter Junior Academy Foundation Training

Join this program to work on the fundamentals of soccer. Foundation Training, in conjunction with our training video, is the program our U9-U12 travel players use to improve ball mastery, turns and 1v1 moves which is now available to our U6-U8 players.  Players will get to use these skills in 1v1 games during each session.

Birth Years U6-U8 (2016-2014)

The Winter JA Foundation Training is for any U6-U8 players who have the desire to go back to the foundational forces of the game of soccer. The curriculum will be based upon the teachings, principles, and fundamental characteristics of the technical side of the game of soccer.

Location:  Studio Center Futsal Arena - 3052 Buckner Blvd. Virginia Beach, VA 23453

Days: Mondays

Dates: January 3, 10, 17, 24, 31; February 7, 14, 21.

Time: 5:30-6:30pm (U6/U7); 6:45-7:45pm (U7/U8)

Ages: U6 - U8

Cost: $150

Make sure you wear shin guards and bring water. Don't forget your soccer ball.
