Beach FC U10 Red teams traveled to the brand new FASA facility in Fredericksburg on Nov 2 to partake in the Club Champions League (CCL) Scrimmage Fest.  The Scrimmage Fest is an initiative that was started by CCL leadership in an effort to enhance the development of our younger players (U9 and U10). 

The teams played games against other CCL club squads and coaches facilitated the matches without referees, highlighting the developmental focus.  In addition, players also competed in age appropriate skills competitions (dribbling, juggling) against other players in their own age groups.  The Scrimmage Fest offered our younger players the opportunity to play against other CCL clubs that they won’t see regularly until U11.  Fun was had by all.
