Beach FC's Travel Lite program is for players ages U10 through U19 having an intermediate to advanced skill level who are seeking Travel Level competition without the full-blown Travel level commitment both in time and finances. 
Travel Lite teams are generally promoted from our Advanced program. 

What can I expect to get out of the Travel Lite program? 

Beach FC's Travel Lite program is nestled between the Advanced program and the Travel Program. The Travel Lite program is designed for the player who wants the travel experience but without the full-blown financial and time commitment of being part of a travel team. The Travel Lite program is relatively new compared to other Beach FC programs but has shown impressive growth year over year. Additionally, Travel Lite exposes players to what the next level entails from travel league competition, tournament participation, guest playing opportunities, and more director/club over the site. Often times Travel Lite teams are formed from those teams that have outgrown the Advanced program; sometimes new Travel Lite teams are formed based on the evaluated skill level of a group of players. The Travel Lite program is a great environment for volunteer coaches and players to fine-tune some of the successes they have found at lower levels of competition while seeking more pathways for development with greater collaboration with the Travel program.

Where do we play and where do we practice? Where are our Homefields? Where do we travel to?

Travel Lite Teams travel to opponents they are matched against in their division. See VSL declared teams.
Practice fields are allocated by the City of Va Beach and Norfolk. Additionally, many Travel Lite Teams rent space (not included in fees) at HRSC (Hampton Road Soccer Complex) for access to quality fields with lights.
There is a Fall – 8 week season and Spring 8 week season.

When is our season? When are practices? When is registration? When are games played?

Games are played on SUNDAYS with an occasional SATURDAY.
Registration for Travel Lite teams occurs 1x a year at tryouts. Usually around the April-June timeframe.
Travel Lite teams practice 2x a week.
There is a Fall and Spring Season.
