Teams desiring to attend the Annual Virginia Beach Soccer Tournament should complete and submit the online application. The Application MUST be submitted online. Applications sent via US Mail, Email or FAX will NOT be accepted. Any questions should be directed to the Tournament Director at email@example.com.
The tournament makes every effort to accommodate teams’ coaching conflicts (deconflict games) - ensure you indicate this in your application (team has same coach as ...)
Very Important: THE GAME HISTORY SECTION - LOCATED ON YOUR INDIVIDUAL TEAM PAGE ON THE GOT SOCCER SCHEDULER - MUST BE COMPLETED. FAILURE TO COMPLETE THIS SECTION MAY RESULT IN YOUR TEAM NOT BEING ACCEPTED. THIS INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO HELP SEED YOUR TEAM. PROVIDE AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE.
Note: Official notification of acceptance and non-acceptance will be e-mailed and placed on the website at www.beachfc.com/springclassic.html. Those teams not accepted will have their entry fee returned. Should a non-accepted team later be granted entry into the tournament, the team will be required to resubmit the tournament entry fee.

Age groups for the seasonal year that begins September 1, 2013, and ends August 31, 2014. Note: U-18 teams play in the U-19 age group.
U-19 Players born 8/1/94 and younger
U-13 Players born 8/1/00 and younger
U-18 Players born 8/1/95 and younger
U-12 Players born 8/1/01 and younger
U-17 Players born 8/1/96 and younger
U-11 Players born 8/1/02 and younger
U-16 Players born 8/1/97 and younger
U-10 Players born 8/1/03 and younger
U-15 Players born 8/1/98 and younger
U-09 Players born 8/1/04 and younger
U-14 Players born 8/1/99 and younger
U-08 Players born 8/1/05 and younger
U-9-10, U11 & U12 Teams
The Tournament will be offering Under 09-10 competition in 7v7, U11-12 will be 8 v 8. There is no U12 11v11. The number of teams accepted, the number of flights, and the placement of teams amongst flights will be at the discretion of the tournament committee.
Team Participation & Guest Players
U9-10 play 7v7 and may enter with a maximum of 14 players, U-11 (14 players), U-12 (18 players) play 8v8 and U-13 thru U-15 and may enter with a maximum of 18 players. U16-U19 teams may enter with a maximum of 22 players. U16-U19 teams only dress 18 for each game. At registration teams must present proof of affiliation and permission to travel (if applicable). Each team must be registered with a National State Association affiliated with the USYS/USSF or national equivalent and must present a valid State or Provincial roster. CURRENT, DULY AUTHORIZED MEMBER PASSES, MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS AND OFFICIAL STATE APPROVED ROSTERS are required for all players participating in the tournament. Foreign Teams consult the Rules. All Team Officials must have Valid Member Passes.
U9 through U11 - A maximum of 5 guest players per team is allowed, U13-U19 8 guest players, however, a team using guest players may have no more than 18 players (14 players for U9-11, 18 for U12-15).
Under 16, 17, & Under 19 - A maximum of 8 guest players per team is allowed, however, a team using guest players may have no more than 22 players registered for the tournament. U16-U19 teams may only dress 18 players for each game.
Team awards will be presented to champions and finalists for all levels of competition.
College Player Profile Book
Accepted teams in the U16, U17 & U19 age groups have the opportunity to submit their team into our "College Player Profile Book". This book, detailing specific academic and athletic merits of each player, will be made available to the attending college coaches.
Hotel Accommodations - Contact Housing Service Immediately - do not wait for acceptance.
Teams participating in the Tournament ARE ENCOURAGED to make all hotel accommodations using our tournament housing service. The tournament housing service is a free service and enables the City of Virginia Beach to ascertain tax revenue and in turn helps with future soccer field/facilities development. Some hotels will be offering single night stays - check the listing on the BookMyGroup website for this information.

The Tournament desires to place teams properly and competitively. To ensure this it is imperative that we have accurate and specific information on all teams wishing to play. Please ensure the Game History portion is completed accurately and in its entirety.

Neither the Tournament Committee, Beach FC, Hotel Service, nor the Tournament Sponsors are responsible for any expenses incurred by any team in the event the tournament is cancelled in whole or part, or in the event games are discontinued or cancelled due to inclement weather or adverse field conditions, nor will any refunds be made. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to decide all matters pertaining to the tournament. The judgment of the Tournament Committee is final. The Tournament Director has authority to make all decisions and these decisions will be final. All referee decisions are final and binding.

We are pleased to let you know that Scott Pilling Photography, a professional sports photography company and tournament vendor, will be on hand at the Beach FC’s Spring Classic Tournament in Virginia Beach, Va on March 15/16th , 2014. Scott Pilling Photography is offering to get high quality actions shots of your teams in action. The company’s clients include the Sports Illustrated, North Carolina State University, MLB, NBA, NHL, MLS and the Carolina Hurricanes. We are forwarding this to you now so your team has time to make arrangements with the company for coverage during the tournament. Team coverage offer details, for your consideration, are as follows:
- Scott Pilling Photography is taking requests for Action Photo DVD's that will contain roughly 800- 1000 Quality Action Photos of your players/team! If your team signs up for coverage, ALL participating players on your team will be photographed.
- The cost for the DVD's is $175. Each team gets 5 DVD's - each DVD is able to be reproduced to make as many additional copies as you like (if you have 13 members on your team, the cost would be $13.50 per player). Please note that the $175 covers one (1) game. The company states that if your child is on the field during a covered game, he/she will be photographed in action!
- The images contained on the discs are all hi-resolution and may be taken to ANY store to have prints made up (there are no copyright restrictions)!
- Scott Pilling Photography will ONLY be photographing teams that sign up in advance for the DVD's.
- Please feel free to send in your request no later than Saturday March 15th to ensure that your team is covered. The company will work with you to schedule the game(s) it will capture for you.
- The company will endeavor to produce and forward your team’s DVDs to your team’s contact person no later than Thursday, March 20th , 2014.
